11. Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Terms

Immutability: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We cannot cancel, reverse, or refund transactions once confirmed.

Regulatory Uncertainty: Cryptocurrency regulation is evolving. Changes may affect services and token value.

Wallet Management: You alone are responsible for managing private keys and recovery phrases. Loss or theft results in permanent loss of funds.

12. Move-to-Earn Program

Program Terms: Points and rewards are earned based on verified mobility activities (rides, flights, stays). Earn rates may change at any time.

No Guarantee: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program. Points have no cash value except as stated in current program terms.

Fraud Prevention: We may cancel points or accounts if we detect fraudulent activity, unusual patterns, or program abuse.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
